Camberwell – SE5
Camberwell sits in the centre of  Brixton to the south west, Stockwell to the north west, Peckham to the north east and Nunhead to the south east , 2.7 miles from Charing Cross.  For many years, this ancient agricultural village was visited by Londoners for its tranquillity and the reputed healing properties of its mineral springs.  Camberwell today is a mixture of relatively well preserved Georgian and twentieth century housing.  Camberwell Grove and Grove Lane have some of London’s most elegant and well preserved Georgian Houses.
